While production constraints have been one of the major issues for the company, things are improving. Srivastava said, “Semiconductor shortfall is considered, there has been improvement in the last months. So, in September we were producing only 40 per cent of our plant output (capacity), October was around 60 per cent, November was around 83-84 Percentage, and December should also be around 85 percent. So, there has been a marked improvement as far as the availability of semiconductors is concerned. However, going forward, we think this semiconductor issue is likely to be around for some time. Chances are.”
