The film is based on the social issues of non-existence of toilets in rural areas of the country and how a family feud becomes an issue for the entire village. Social issues are still disturbing in some parts of the country. A similar story is related to the film of Anil Misri, a resident of Majghai village in Banka district of Bihar.

The people of the village got toilets built but never used it. The village has become open defecation free within six months of Anil Misri’s initiative. Now the people of the village are using 100 percent toilets. The 48-year-old who never went to school is a farmer and laborer by profession.

In a conversation with News18, Anil told that people used to face a lot of trouble due to the dirt on the roadside outside the village. Seeing this, he himself tried to convince the villagers and many of them understood the situation. Anil’s initiative has completely stopped the villagers from open defecation. During this, many villagers also had a rift with Anil. However, he continued to create awareness about the cause and was successful in it.

Panchayat head Mrityunjay, who praised and supported Anil, said that he is a role model for the people of the entire panchayat.
