Speaking about the Mokroh incident, Sangma said, “At the Assam-Meghalaya border, there has been a lot of violence recently. Regarding the signing of the MoU, it is all written by the Government of Assam and only Conrad Sangma has signed it.”
Mukul Sangma further said that keeping in view the interest of the state and the people, the people of the three tribes in the hills of Garo, Jaintia and Khasi would come together.
