Vinod Rai, former chairman of the Committee of Administrators of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), recently expressed regret over the condition of women’s cricket in India. interview with The Week, Mr Rai has been in the news of late because of his book “Not Just a Nightwatchman”In which he has written about his tenure and his tenure with cricket administration.

She also said that women’s cricket got its due attention after India reached the final of the 2017 ICC World Cup, in which Harmanpreet Kaur He scored an unbeaten 171 runs to take India to the final.
