Mercedes-Benz India will expand its Maybach range in the country as it announced that the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class limousine will finally arrive in India on March 3, 2022. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class limousine will also arrive. 2022 will mark the first India launch for the brand with a three-pointed star. The all-new offering sits at the top of the S-Class line-up as it is the most luxurious iteration with more rear legroom, more creature comforts and more richness. The uber-luxury saloon although based on the new S-Class, has an extended wheelbase of 180 mm, which makes it almost 5.5 meters tall.

Coming to its proportions, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Limousine measures 5,469 mm in length, 1,921 mm in width, 1,510 mm in height and 3,396 mm in wheelbase, which makes it 31 mm longer than the previous generation.

Using the footrest in the front seat and the electrically extended leg rest to lounge or even take a quick nap. The adjustment travel of the leg rest has been increased by 50mm. Another comfort feature is neck/shoulder heating at the rear.

The Burmeister high-end 4D surround sound system also enhances the overall musical experience for the passengers. Also contributing to the NVH levels is the Airmatic air suspension with continuously adjustable damping ADS+, which modifies the features of the powertrain, ESP, suspension and steering via Dynamic Select. It also has a dedicated Maybach driving mode, which focuses entirely on ride comfort.

The rear doors are wider than those of its siblings, and the C-pillar has a fixed quarterlight and features the Maybach brand logo. The LED headlamps receive digital light, consisting of a light module with three extremely powerful LEDs that are refracted and guided by 1.3 million micro-mirrors. The car rides on 20-inch Maybach 5-hole forge wheels that get a retro-monoblock design, while the tires are noise-optimized.
