Meta’s AI chatbot is called Blenderbot 3
Meta has developed an AI chatbot in its research labs and made it available to the general public, but not for everyone right now.
Meta has developed an AI chatbot and made it available to the public on the Internet. This chatbot has been created by Meta’s AI Research Lab, which wants to get feedback from the public about the chatbot.
This chatbot from Meta is called Blenderbot 3, which is hard to confuse with anything other than a chatbot. And Meta has made this chatbot available only to people living in the US for now.
The company has said that the BlenderBot 3 can engage in a normal conversation, or even help you answer questions that you would ask any digital assistant available in the market.
BlenderBot 3 is developed as a prototype and builds on the larger language model that Meta has worked on in the past. LLMS is said to be a powerful but flawed text-generation software. BlenderBot 3 has been trained on a wide range of datasets of text that can be used to generate language.
Meta wants to use people to test out the capabilities of Blenderbot 3, which can search the Internet and give you specific answers, and even tell you the source of its information. Meta seeks to address the issues of LLMS by allowing an AI chatbot to talk to regular people to reduce the chances of Blenderbot 3 using vulgar language, slurs or any insensitive remarks.
Those interested in trying out the BlenderBot 3 chatbot will have to give consent for their data to be collected, which Meta says will be stored and later published for use by the general AI research community.
Previous experiments with chatbots made available to the public did not produce the expected results. So, it will be interesting to see how Meta learns from past mistakes and uses Blenderbot 3 to achieve a satisfactory result.
