How to make Methi Paratha | Winter-Special Methi Paratha Recipe by Sangeeta Khanna:
Sangeeta elaborated on the recipe and said that she used barley flour and gram flour (instead of wheat) to knead the dough. He took both the flours in the ratio of 1:1 and mixed hot water, khatta, carom seeds and fresh fenugreek leaves. Then she served methi paratha with some curd and red-hot sauce.
