Mira Kapoor knows how to beat the heat – check out what she ate

Summer is round the corner and it is important for us to keep our body temperature under control. As the temperature starts rising, we start feeling tired, dehydrated and exhausted. And whenever we feel like it, we resort to cool foods and drinks to get some respite from the scorching heat. As it turns out, even Mira Kapoor is looking for ways to beat the heat and recently shared proof of it on social media. The diva shared a picture of her delicious summer meal on Instagram, which includes a delicious salad. Her summer bliss has given us major health goals.

Mira Kapoor took to Instagram Stories to share her summer vacation. In the photo, we can see a plate full of fresh French bean salad. Mira captioned the story as, “The weather has changed a lot and it’s so hot; sometimes you just need to eat something cold.” She further added that this is one of the rare times when she eats salad. Giving more details about the salad, she says, “It’s cooked (boiled and put in ice water) and has a creamy, fatty dressing for balance.
