Madhya Pradesh Board of School Education (MPBSE) The pre-board examinations of class 10th and 12th will start from January 20. The examination for class 10 will be conducted from January 20 to 28 and for class 12 will be conducted from January 31. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exam will be conducted in take-home mode.
Students will be called to schools in different slots and will be given question papers and answer sheets before the exam. Students will have to solve the exam sitting at home on the given schedule and submit their answer sheets back to the schools.

To ensure that students do not have to visit the campus multiple times, candidates will be provided with 2-3 question papers at the same time. For class 10, students have to submit their answer sheets by January 28 and for class 12 candidates have to submit all the answer sheets by February 1. Subject teachers will scrutinize the answer sheets and highlight the mistakes by February 5.
