Maharashtra SSC, HSC Board Exam 2022 will be conducted on the syllabus with a reduction of 25 percent. The board exam will be held in offline mode.

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will conduct the Maharashtra Board Exam for Class 10 and 12, also known as Maha SSC and HSC Exam, in offline mode. The exams will start from March 15 and end on April 18. The syllabus for both the classes has been reduced by 25 per cent and the question paper will be set on the reduced syllabus.
The practical exam will be conducted from February 14 to March 3 for HSC and from February 25 to March 14 for SSC students. The detailed schedule for practical examinations which includes oral, internal assessment has not been released yet.
Maharashtra School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad while announcing the date sheet for the offline board exams said, “Health and well being of the students is our priority. To ensure a conducive environment for the students, we conducted a series of consultations with schools, principals, headmasters, teachers and experts regarding assessment mode and exam schedule. His suggestions were incorporated.”
Gaikwad said, “Our endeavor is to declare HSC results by the second week of June, 2022 and SSC results by the second week of July, 2022. All examinations will be conducted in compliance with the COVID-19 safety norms.”
