The company in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday said that “The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today has declared a one-time special interim dividend of 100% (Rs. 10/- per equity share) on equity shares for the financial year 2022- 23. The Company further stated that the record date for the purpose of payment of lump sum Special Interim Dividend has been fixed as 25 October 2022. The said dividend shall be paid on or after 29 October 2022.”
