New Delhi: Twitter’s new owner, and CEO, Elon Musk has let go of almost all of the company’s Indian team, multiple sources told Mint. The company had about 250 employees in India.

The first round of layoffs on Twitter began on Friday following a formal email sent by the company on Thursday, purportedly asking workers around the world to stay home and wait for another email that would give them their jobs. Will update about the status.
