Mysore Start-up Summit inaugurated

The 3-day summit to promote start-ups in Mysore and to highlight and showcase the opportunities for entrepreneurs began in Mysore on Friday.

He said that startups are not limited to big cities only and are emerging to provide innovative solutions in various sectors like agriculture, education, health etc and are a great inspiration for the ‘elixir of India’ independence.

Shri Modi said that the large scale participation of students, academic institutions, researchers, faculty members, industry representatives and MSMEs is an opportunity to learn from each other and will help in nurturing the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the youth.

The 3-day summit is being jointly organized by SJCE-STEP, CII, Karnataka Digital Economy Mission and other partners.
