Nawab Malik conspired with D-Gang to grab Kurla property: Court | India News – Times of India

Mumbai: A special court on Friday took cognizance of the ED’s chargesheet against the NCP minister. Nawab Malik and said Malik Goanwalla was deliberately involved in money laundering and criminal conspiracy to grab the compound MaharashtraIt’s Kurla. The court has issued proceedings against him and the 1993 bomb blasts accused. Sardar Shahwali KhanWhose name is also in the case.
“The accused Nawab Malik in connivance with the members of D-company i.e. Hasina” parkarSpecial Judge Rahul R Rokade said, “Salim Patel and Sardar Khan hatched a criminal conspiracy to usurp key assets of Mrs. Munira Plumber”.
The court further observed that, therefore, the assets by Malik in connivance of Parkar (late sister of gangster Dawood Ibrahim) and others were proceeds of offense under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. “There is prima facie evidence to indicate that the accused is directly and willfully involved in the offense of money laundering,” the special judge said.
The ED chargesheet against him states that Malik had conducted a survey of illegal tenants in the Goawala premises through a surveyor and took the help of Sardar Shahwali Khan to coordinate with the surveyor. The ED, in its chargesheet, said that Malik along with Haseena Parkar held several meetings with Sardar Khan to capture the premises.
