Medical aspirants can get their NEET scorecard as a Diwali gift that is expected to be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 October-end or early November. Phase 2 of the registration will continue till 26 October and students can expect the result and final answer key anytime after the deadline.
The minimum marks required to clear NEET is 50 percentile, however, the marks required to get admission in colleges varies from year to year as well as from college to college. many eExperts predict that the marks could drop this year compared to last year. The cut-off score for general category candidates in 2020 was 720-147, while for SC, ST and OBC students, the range was 146-113.

Once, the scorecard is released, candidates have to check the cut-off score. The cut-off marks will be ascertained after taking into account various factors such as the number of students who appeared for the exam this year, the total number of seats available and the difficulty level of the exam. More than 16 lakh students had appeared for the NEET 2021 held on 12th September, apart from this, this year the number of seats has also been increased and the difficulty level has increased.
NTA had released the provisional answer key of NEET 2021 on October 15 on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can calculate their score by giving themselves four marks for each correct answer and deducting one mark for each wrong answer.
