new Delhi : NEET-MDS exam has been 2002 Adjourned in Medical Sciences by the National Board of Examinations (NBEMS). The official statement released by NBEMS said that the exam which was scheduled to be held on March 6, 2022 has been rescheduled. However, the notice does not mention any date as to when the exam will now take place.
The official notice by NBEMS also states that cut off The completion of internship for the purpose of eligibility for NEET-MDS 2022 as per the instructions of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has also been extended till July 31.
The online application window for NEET-MDS 2022 has now been reopened for candidates to apply in view of the extended internship cut off, The application process was earlier put on hold on January 24 this year.

Exams can be postponed for four to six weeks. This decision was taken by the ministry to bring parity between NEET-MDS 2022 and NEET-PG 2022 exam.
“It has been decided by the Competent Authority that the date of conduct of NEET-MDS Examination, 2022 may be postponed by 4-6 weeks and preferably around the same date as for NEET-PG 2022: Health and Family Welfare ministry, health ministry Said on February 17th.
The exam is likely to be conducted around the date of NEET PG 2022.
“It is informed that the matter has been examined in this Ministry and in order to bring parity between NEET-MDS 2022 and NEET-PG 2022 examinations, it has been decided by the competent authority that the date of conduct of NEET-MDS The exam for 2022 may be postponed by 4-6 weeks and for NEET-PG 2022 around the same date,” Secretary Rajiv Kumar said in a letter to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences.
Notably, the Ministry has earlier asked the United Doctors Front Association to extend the date of NEET-MDS 2022 examination by 4-6 weeks and the date of completion of mandatory rotating internship for eligibility for admission to MDS courses beyond 31. representation was received. March, 2022.
