PS Surya Prakash Rao, Joint Director, Treasury and Accounts Department, took over as Joint Secretary to Governor Biswa Bhushan Harichandan at the Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday.
Deputy Secretary D. Sanyasi Rao has been transferred.
Shri Surya Prakash Rao informed RP Sisodia, Special Chief Secretary to the Governor. Officials and employees of Raj Bhavan met Mr. Surya Prakash Rao.
Prior to this appointment, Shri Surya Prakash Rao was the Chief Executive Officer of the District Council of Krishna District.
