NITI Aayog ties up with Amazon, Intel to promote innovation

New Delhi Federal policy think-tank NITI Aayog on Thursday said it has tied up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Intel to set up a center for innovation and collaboration between government agencies, start-ups, businesses and domain experts. supports.

The center, located at NITI Aayog’s campus in the capital, will showcase the potential of technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality and virtual reality, blockchain and robotics to promote their use.

A statement from NITI Aayog said that the center will encourage open innovation and serve as a hub for government, healthcare, education and non-profit start-ups. It will also provide an option to start-ups to access the support they need to grow and scale up their solutions.

The think tank said it will leverage this hub to showcase the application of various technology solutions in sectors such as healthcare, agriculture and smart infrastructure.

Leading domestic industry leaders in their respective fields in geospatial solutions like MapMyIndia, Raphe mPhibr Pvt.
