‘No drugs found from Aryan Khan’, claims Sam D’Souza; Says she and KP Gosavi wanted to ‘help’ Shah Rukh Khan’s son – Times of India

Sam D’Souza, whose name had cropped up in connection with allegations of payment in a drugs case on Cruise, claimed on Monday that he was told by NCB witness KP Gosavi that no drugs were found from him. Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh KhanDuring the raid last month.

He also claimed that NCB officials were not as corrupt as Gosavi Prabhakar Sally, an independent witness, saved the name of NCB Mumbai chief Sameer Wankhede in their mobile phones and were calling each other over the phone to pretend that he was in touch with them.

Last month, SAIL claimed that it had heard Gosavi over phone with one Sam D’Souza discussing a deal worth Rs 25 crore, in connection with the drugs case, to the regional director of NCB Mumbai. Sameer Wankhede.

“In the morning of 3 October, I learned that the celebrity caught on the ship was Aryan Khan. At that point Aryan told Gosavi that he wanted to talk to his manager. Pooja Dadlani. Gosavi gave Aryan’s message. At that time Gosavi told me that Aryan Khan is clean and no drugs have been found from him. He said we can help him (Aryan Khan).”

D’Souza said that she, along with Gosavi, Pooja Dadlani, her husband and Chikki Pandey met in Lower Parel.

D’Souza further said that he later came to know through Sunil Patil of Dhule that a “token amount” of Rs 50 lakh was being paid.
