Nokia: HMD Global announces October 6 launch event, may bring Nokia G50 5G, T20 tablet and more – Times of India

HMD Global has announced that it will be hosting an event on 6 October. Nokia The name of the smartphones that will be launched in the event has not been disclosed. But rumors say the company may bring Nokia G50 5G smartphone and a nokia t20 Android tablet with other devices.
The launch event was announced by the company through a post on microblogging site Twitter. “Our family keeps on growing. 6.10.21 is coming”, the post reads.

The Nokia G50 is rumored to be a 5G smartphone. It is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor that also powers other Nokia phones like the Nokia X20, Nokia X10 and Nokia XR20.
The handset is expected to have a 6.8-inch HD+ screen. Below, the device could pack a 4850mAh battery. It can also be paired with fast charging support. As per the leaked renders, the Nokia G50 5G is expected to sport a triple rear camera setup. It could feature a 48MP primary camera paired with two other sensors.
Nokia may launch T20 Android TableTea
At the event, Nokia is also expected to unveil an Android tablet. The tablet is said to be called the Nokia T20 and will come with a 10.36-inch screen. It may pack 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage capacity.
The Nokia T20 will be the company’s first tablet since 2015, when it launched the Nokia N1 slate. The tablet is rumored to be powered by Unisoc processor and may run Android 11 out-of-the-box. The device can come in both WiFi and Bluetooth variants.
