Following the conviction of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Yadav in the Doranda fodder scam case, party leader and son Tejashwi Yadav on February 15 said that the special CBI court’s order is not a final decision. “Everyone should accept the order of the court. This is not the final decision. Sentenced 6 times, we approached the High Court for all the cases. So, it is not the final decision. Lalu ji will surely be acquitted. After the High Court is the Supreme Court,” Tejashwi Yadav said. Notably, a special CBI court in Ranchi, Jharkhand on February 15 convicted Lalu Yadav in the fodder scam case and it relates to illegal withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore from Doranda treasury.
