National Telemedicine Service, e-Sanjeevani, a digital health initiative of the Ministry has been launched, providing two types of tele-consultation jobs ‘e-Sanjeevani’ and ‘e-Sanjeevani OPD’. Mandaviya said, “e-Sanjeevani, the national telemedicine platform of the Government of India, has created another milestone by providing tele-consultation services to 10 crore people.”
The top ten states in terms of adoption of e-Sanjeevani are Tamil Nadu (3,17,01,735), Tamil Nadu (1,23,74,281), West Bengal (1,23,11,019), Karnataka (1,12,93,228), North Pradesh (54,98,907), Maharashtra (47,80,259), Noida (45,91,028), Madhya Pradesh (40,15,879), Bihar (32,20,415), and Gujarat (29,88,201).
