How to make Nutri Kulcha | Nutri Kulcha Recipe

First of all take a big pan and put half a pan of water in it. After this, take a muslin cloth, add tea leaves, tie the knot and boil it in nutri. Keep stirring continuously so that the color spreads evenly. Next, drain off the nutrients, wash in fresh water and cut it into small pieces.

Take a pan and put oil and butter together in it. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chili to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. When mixed well, add tomato puree and all the spices and mix well.

Add tomato sauce and fry till the ghee separates. Add nutri to it and mix well. Nutri is ready, serve it with kulcha or grease it on top.
