1. Healthy Fats

According to nutritionist, if you are eating fruits then you should include healthy things in your diet. Eating some soaked nuts like almonds can provide you with the healthy fats you need.

2. Only seasonal fruits

The nutritionist also said that only seasonal fruits should be consumed and fruits that have been preserved for a long time should be avoided. Fruits and vegetables lose their nutritional value when stored for long periods of time, so it’s best to choose fresh and seasonal produce.

3. Don’t dig into the skin

If you want to get all the nutrients of the fruit, have the peels too. Fruits like apples and apricots have thin skins that are rich in fiber. Peeling these fruits means not using their qualities.

4. Don’t drink their juice
