Patnaik on Monday posted on Twitter a picture of a sand sculpture on the beach with sea water in the background of the sea.

Diwali is the festival of lights and is one of the major festivals celebrated across India. The festival lasts for five days or six days in some parts of India, and is held in the Hindu month of Kartika (between mid-October and mid-November). Diwali represents the victory of “light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”.
Recently, Mr. Patnaik constructed a magnificent sand sculpture at Puri beach in Odisha wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday. Mr Patnaik displayed his unique way of greeting the Prime Minister, who turned 72 on 17 September. His installation consisted of 1,213 earthen tea cups.
