One person was killed and at least five others were injured in a shootout at a house party near Richmond Friday night, officials said.
WWBT-TV reported that the Chesterfield County Police Department said police were called to the party and received additional reports of shootings while responding to initial calls in Chester, Virginia.
Officials said one person was found dead at the crossroads. At least five others were shot, including a man who also broke an arm, police said.
No additional information was immediately provided.
Chester is about 15 miles (24 kilometers) south of Richmond.
