Opposition Find X2 has already rolled out the stable ColorOS 12 (based on Android 12) update for several smartphones including Reno6 Pro 5G, Reno6 Pro 5G Diwali Edition, Reno6 5G and Reno5 Pro 5G.
Along with rolling out the stable version, the company has also rolled out the beta version of ColorOS 12 for the Oppo A74 5G smartphone.
The company has now confirmed that the final version of ColorOS 12 will be available on Reno5 Pro 5G and F19 Pro+ smartphones from January 18, 2022.
Similarly, from February 2022, the beta version will be extended to Reno4 Pro, F19 Pro and F17 Pro devices. And, the beta version for the Oppo A53s smartphone will also be available in March.

Devices that are receiving the stable version of the UI will automatically receive a notification. To download and install the update, users need to tap on the notification.
Users can manually check for updates by going to Settings > Software Update option.
To enroll in the beta program, users need to register their device in the beta program through its official website.

The ColorOS 12 update brings many new features to the smartphone. It includes UI customization, three-finger translation, flexdrop, private system even more.
ColorOS 12 has brand new stylized acrylic icons, borderless design and new interface frame. The company’s latest UI also offers quick-view cards or widgets. The OS skin also comes with the new Omoji, a digital avatar based on simple cameras and face capture algorithms.
ColorOS 12 also brings cross-screen interconnection which enables users to connect the smartphone to the PC.
