Union Minister Anurag Thakur took a dig at Priyank Kharge of Congress

Hitting out at the Congress, Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Monday said that Priyank Kharge is outdoing his father and party chief Mallikarjun Kharge in “politics of abuse” by insulting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Thakur wrote on Twitter, “Galibaaz (abusive) Congress count your days, Karnataka will give you a befitting reply.”
He said Congress leaders have started abusing Modi, his family and community after seeing the “overwhelming support” for the prime minister among the people of Karnataka.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader said, “Congress leaders are disappointed to see people of Karnataka overwhelmingly support PM Shri Narendra Modi ji. That’s why Congress leaders have again abused Modiji, his family and community.”
“After Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s poisonous snake remark, son Priyank has outdone his father in the politics of abuse and insulted our PM as an unworthy son,” he said.

Priyank Kharge on Monday called Modi “nalayak” (useless), drawing the ire of top BJP leaders, while the Congress claimed that he had never made such a remark.
The comments by Priyank Kharge, who is seeking re-election from Chittapur in Kalaburagi district in the May 10 Karnataka assembly elections, comes days after his father Mallikarjun Kharge’s “venomous snake” remark aimed at the prime minister .
