“Summer time is tomato time. And tomato time is BLT time,” she began her post and goes on to explain what ingredients she uses to prepare her BLT sandwiches.

method:
Step 1: Place a pan on the stove and cook the strips of bacon on a low flame. Padma Lakshmi says that you can also do this in the oven and microwave. But the cooking process on the stove is a bit faster.
Step 2: Cut slices of a large juicy tomato. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.
Step 3: Meanwhile, Toast 2 Bread Slices.
Step 4: Pour the Honey and Mustard Mixture Over the Bacon While They’re on the Pan. Cook them through.
Now it’s time to assemble the sandwich. Spread a little creamy mayonnaise over slices of bread, and drizzle mustard-honey mixture. Place a few slices of juicy tomato and some cold crunchy lettuce on both the slices of bread. And now add the candied salty-sweet honey mustard bacon. Voila, your BLT sandwich is ready.
