Chasing a tight target of 177 runs, captain Aaron Finch was dismissed for naught in the first over against pacer Shaheen, while spinner Shadab Khan also came into action as he chased down a target of 177 for Australia to win. Took four important wickets. , However, Australia built their innings beautifully, around the pacing and the required run-rate.

After Rizwan was sent back to the pavilion in the 18th over, Zaman also scored a half-century and gave the finishing touch to Pakistan’s innings. Mitchell Starc was the best bowler for Australia with his two wickets. Pat Cummins and Adam Zampa took a wicket each. ,Achievement:,
