Partha Chatterjee pretending to be ill to avoid questioning: ED tells court

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) told the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court that the medical report of Partha Chatterjee is stable and added that he was pretending his illness to avoid questioning.

The ED also told that court that it was very difficult to convince Parth to go to Bhubaneswar for check-up and how he protested and said that he would not appear for the check-up.
