One person is feared dead after a fire broke out in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) ward of Brahma Shakti Hospital in Delhi’s Rohini on Saturday.
Director of Delhi Fire Services Atul Garg said that nine fire tenders were sent to the hospital to douse the fire. People inside the building were evacuated safely except for one person on ventilator. The patient is believed to have died.
The fire has been brought under control and the cooling work is in progress.
