The BJP chief said, ‘Corruption had sunk in India before 2014 (before the Modi government). Scams like 2G, 3G, Commonwealth happened, but today the country (India) is among the leading countries of the world.
He said that Modi has changed the political culture of the country and weaned it from Congress’s bribery, commission, criminalization and dynastic rule.
Nadda said that Modi has done so by focusing on ‘sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas and ab sabka prayas’.
He claimed that Modi and former Karnataka member Yeddyurappa, including most of the BJP leaders, are all allies and have achieved the position themselves.
Nadda said, “Congress is promoting dynastic politics even today. They are still behind Rahul Gandhi, whether they are hopeful or not. They continue to be presented in new ways again and again. They are still focused on promoting family politics.”
Karnataka BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel, party’s board member Yediyurappa, state ministers JC Ramayanaswamy and Ashok were present at the public meeting, among others.
Earlier in the day, Nadda traveled under Tiptur and held a roadshow at Chikkanayakanahalli.
