Pharma stock sets record date for 1:10 stock split, Q3 net income up 281%

A small-cap pharmaceutical company with a market value of 59.14 Crore is Vivanza Biosciences Limited. The company is a bioscience related pharmaceutical production and marketing enterprise. Vivanza Biosciences Ltd, headquartered in Gujarat, India, was established in April 2016. For the purpose of determining the eligibility of the shareholders for the 1:10 Stock Split Issue, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared the Record Date which may be taken into account by the market observers.

Vivanza Biosciences said in a stock exchange filing today that “We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, March 04, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, considered on Friday Done and approved. , 24th March, 2023 Eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of sub-division of one (1) Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of nominal value Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each For the purpose of determining on the record date the value of Rs. 1/- in the share capital of each company.”

During Q3FY23, the company reported a net income of 5.87 crore on a consolidated basis, a growth of 281% YoY 1.54 crore was recorded in Q3FY22. Company reported net expense 5.30 crore during QE Dec 2022, up 255.70% from Rs. 1.49 crore was recorded in the quarter ending December 2021. Vivanza Biosciences said its EBIT reached As compared to 0.57 Cr in Q3FY23 0.05 crore in the year-ago quarter, while the net profit stood at As against a net loss of 0.46 crores 0.05 posted in the same quarter last year. Vivanza Biosciences’s EPS stood at Rs. Above the loss of 1.15, 0.12 in Q3FY22.

Shares of Vivanza Biosciences on BSE on Friday Closes at 147.85, down 4.98% from its previous close 155.60. The stock recorded an average net volume of 1,654 shares and an average deliverable volume of 1,480 shares. The stock has fallen 5.22% in last 1 year and on YTD basis, it has fallen 9.74% in 2023 so far. The stock has touched a 52-week high 195.00 (22/06/2022) and at 52-week low at 115.55 (14/12/2022).
