The Board of Ajanta Pharma will meet next week on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 to consider its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2022 as well as issue of bonus shares, subject to approval by the shareholders of the company. Bonus shares are paid extra. Shares issued by the company to its existing shareholders.
“We hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 10th May, 2022 to consider, among other things: a. Audited Financial Results of the Company (consolidated and (standalone) March 2022; b. issue of audited financial statements (consolidated and standalone) for the year ended 31 March 2022; and c. bonus share Subject to approval by the company’s shareholders,” the company announced in an exchange filing earlier this week.
