Earlier in the day, Neetu had shared her picture with Ranbir from the wedding and remembered Rishi Kapoor. He said that his wish was that his son Ranbir should get married and with the marriage it was fulfilled. Rishi Kapoor died in April 2020 after a battle with cancer. It was his one wish to see Ranbir marry Alia. Reportedly, the veteran actor had planned a lavish wedding for her in December 2020, but passed away before that.
