Preparations for Yogi’s first visit after tenure-II as Chief Minister in Varanasi, leaders accompanying Nepal’s Prime Minister to the city today

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will visit Varanasi on Saturday for the first time after taking charge of the state for the second time. The leaders will receive Nepal’s Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba in the city on Sunday.

Set to reach Varanasi at 7 pm, Adityanath will hold a review meeting with officials after his arrival. According to people in the know, the Chief Minister can also do night inspection of ongoing development projects in the city, which is also Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s parliamentary constituency. He will take stock of the work done so far.

Adityanath will be in Kashi on Saturday night and sources said that he will also hold a review meeting with the public representatives at the Circuit House and take stock of the development work being done.

On Sunday, Adityanath will welcome the Prime Minister of Nepal in Varanasi and will spend the whole day with Deuba.

Kashi Vishwanath, Kaal Bhairav ​​and Nepalese temple Pashupati Nath will go along with CM Deuba for darshan programs. In the afternoon, Adityanath will also hold a meeting with the leader.

And after the Nepal PM goes to Delhi, Adityanath will go back to Lucknow.

Meanwhile, the Varanasi district administration is busy finalizing the preparations ahead of Deuba’s visit.

On the first day of his tour, the PM of Nepal reached the BJP headquarters and met JP Nadda. The Nepalese PM also paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat in the capital.

This is Deuba’s first bilateral foreign visit after becoming prime minister for the fifth time in July last year after the political turmoil in Kathmandu. Deuba had visited India in each of his earlier four terms as Prime Minister of Nepal. His last visit to India as Prime Minister was in 2017.
