Top hospitals admitted a drop of around 10% in daily Covid admissions, predicting a steep decline over the next two to three weeks.

It will take a few more weeks for a 50% drop in Covid admissions. We expect to see very few Covid cases in the city hospitals by the third week of February.”
Maheratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) President Sudhir Mehta said, “Most hospitals in Pune are of the opinion that the current wave is over. But people should maintain COVID-appropriate behaviour. I ask the authorities to ease the pandemic restrictions. request to do so.”
