In a letter addressed to Punjab DGP VK Bhavra, Governor Principal Secretary JM Balamurugan wrote, “I am directed to forward a representation submitted by the Hon’ble Governor to Raghav Chadha of Aam Aadmi Party, Punjab on January 24.” Mr. Balamurugan wrote to the DGP, “I have been directed to request you to conduct an inquiry into the matter at the highest level. The action taken on this matter may be apprised of this office.”
