Raksha Bandhan 2022: How to make malai ladoos for a quick dessert
To make this ladoo, put water and milk in a pan. Boil the milk till it reduces to half. This will prevent the milk from sticking when the water is low. In the meantime, you will need to make the cheese. Boil full cream milk and add vinegar. Mix until the milk froths. Remove the moisture from the curdled milk and you get cottage cheese. Mash the paneer and make a fine paste. Keep it aside. Put sugar in less milk and add mashed paneer. Once it reaches the right consistency, remove the pan from the flame. Make round laddus from the batter and your dessert is ready!
