Delhi High Court restrains websites from illegally telecasting Brahmastra

The Delhi High Court had accepted Star India’s plea seeking to block 18 websites from illegally streaming Brahmastra. The entertainment company had filed a petition before the Delhi High Court seeking ex-parte ad-interim injunction against various streaming websites. The matter was heard by a single bench of Justice Jyoti Singh, which agreed to hear the petition on an urgent basis. The bench issued notices to all the 18 respondents and sought their response on the trial by December 14.
