Recipe Vegan: Yasmin Karachiwala’s “Vegan Flourless Brownie” Recipe Will Beat the Monday Blues

With the increasing number of vegetarians, we often find ourselves in search of more suitable recipes. We love to make treats like cakes or cookies with sweets and pulp. And, it’s always good to find vegetarian substitutes for such foods, especially when we know we can make them guilt-free. Component:

1) Peanut Butter (180 ml) – cup

2) Maple syrup (120-180 ml) – cup

3) Chia seeds – 3 tbsp

4) Vanilla Extract – 2 tbsp

5) Cocoa Powder (120 ml) – cup

6) Baking powder – tbsp

7) Almond milk (120 ml) – cup

8) Dark Chocolate Chips – cup

How to make Vegan Flourless Brownies?

1) The first step involves adding chia seeds to the water following the stated quantity. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes (in between you can mix) until it thickens.

2) Now, you have to mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seed mixture and vanilla extract. All these ingredients one by one.

3) Time to mix in the remaining ingredients, including the cocoa powder, baking powder and almond milk. You can stir the preparation until it is mixed well.

5) Batter is ready for the baking process. Put it in a baking dish and don’t forget to line it with parchment paper. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes. And, Vegetarian Flourless Brownie is ready.

For this first mix Coconut Yogurt and Cocoa Powder Chocolate Lava Filling. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180C and in a bowl take the mashed banana, oat flour, maple syrup, drained coconut, salt, baking powder and almond milk. Mix all these together and mix the mixture well till you feel that there are no kernels left. The final step involves taking the batter in a baking bowl and adding the filling you prepared earlier. Cover it with the remaining batter. Bake it and your dessert is ready.
