Vicky Kaushal is in the lead role in this film directed by Shoojit Sircar. The biopic is completely based on the real life of Sardar Udham Singh, a freedom fighter who killed Michael O’Dwyer in 1919 to avenge the Jallianwala Bagh bloodshed in Amritsar.
