Rohit Sharma shows his fans brand new India jersey for ICC T20 World Cup 2021
India’s limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma on Tuesday shared an adorable video with his fans on Instagram, where he gave a glimpse of India’s new blue jersey for the ICC T20 World Cup. Rohit’s name was at the back of the jersey and number 45 was written on it. India began their preparations for the tournament with a win over England in a warm-up match in Dubai on Monday. Rohit did not play in the match as the team management decided to give some game time to Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul. The first round of the tournament began in Oman on Sunday 17 October. India will begin their campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan on October 24 at the Dubai International Stadium. Ahead of the start of his campaign, an excited Rohit Sharma was seen donning the India jersey in his hotel room, and now the video of the same is doing the rounds on the internet.
“Jumping in my India Blue,” Rohit captioned the clip.
