The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Classic 350 make it in Malaysia on the same lines as the Indian version. Power on both the motorcycles comes from a 349 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that develops 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. Other bike parts remain the same including telescopic front forks, dual shock absorbers at the rear and disc brakes at either end. There has been no change in styling as well, while a tripper navigation pod is standard on the bikes.

Meanwhile, the lack of a semiconductor chip has limited the Tripper Pod as an optional accessory on Royal Enfield motorcycles in India. This facility will be added as a standard fitment at a later stage once the supply chain conditions improve. Apart from the Classic 350 and Meteor 350, Royal Enfield also sells the Himalayan, Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 in Malaysia.
