Ukraine official says Kyiv, Moscow agree humanitarian corridors to evacuate civilians
After a second round of talks in Brest on the Polish-Belarusian border on Thursday, Kyiv and Moscow have agreed to build humanitarian corridors to evacuate civilians, a Ukrainian official said.
