Actor Sarath Babu, who had an impressive screen presence, and played lead and supporting roles in several films in multiple languages, passed away on Monday in Hyderabad. He was briefly hospitalized in Hyderabad, and on 3 May, rumors about his death circulated online, after which his family dismissed the reports and informed that he was recovering. The actor passed away on Monday at the age of 71.
