Scindia responds to complaints from netizens on ‘ridiculous’ boarding card rule. what happened here

Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia

Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Friday responded to a Twitter user’s complaint about a rule on boarding cards which he felt was ‘ridiculous’. The Union Minister promised that he would investigate it at the earliest.

Several users have complained on Twitter about some airlines charging extra money to issue boarding passes for passengers who do not have web check-in. Notable netizens, several airlines including SpiceJet and Indigo did this.

When a user tagged Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, he replied.
