How to make Amla Ki Launji | Amla Launji Recipe:

Seed the gooseberry and cut it into pieces.

Boil them and mash them. Keep aside.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and add fenugreek, asafoetida, roasted coriander, kaloji and fennel.

Cook on low flame for some time.

Add mashed amla and cook.

Add jaggery and cook till it dissolves.

Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, black pepper, coriander powder, salt, black salt and garam masala.

Cook for a while until the desired consistency is achieved.
