- All you need for this dish is Carrot, Cauliflower, Green Chillies, Mustard Oil, Garlic and Ginger, Salt and Vinegar, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Mustard, Red Chilli Powder and Jaggery.
- Put carrots, cauliflower and green chilies in a steamer and steam for some time.
